Terms of Service
These terms govern the private APEX AI OpenClaw Google Workspace integration.
1. Eligibility and private use
The integration is intended only for the designated APEX AI account, apexaibot1@gmail.com, and authorized APEX AI operators. It is not a public service and may not be resold, sublicensed, or made available to unauthorized users.
2. Authorized functionality
The integration may connect to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets to perform actions requested or configured by the account owner. The account owner is responsible for reviewing automations, recipients, file permissions, and other actions with external effects.
3. Acceptable use
The integration may not be used to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive communications, bypass access controls, or access data without authorization. Google services must be used consistently with Google's applicable terms and policies.
4. Account security
The account owner is responsible for protecting the Google account, local systems, and connected infrastructure. Suspected unauthorized access should be addressed promptly by revoking OAuth access and contacting APEX AI.
5. Availability and changes
The integration is provided for private operational use and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Google or other infrastructure providers may change APIs, permissions, quotas, or service availability.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the integration is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Important communications and changes should be reviewed by an authorized person.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the integration, loss of access, third-party service changes, or user-configured actions.
8. Termination and revocation
Use may be ended at any time. Google access can be revoked through the Google Account connections page. Revocation does not undo messages, events, files, or document changes already created.
9. Privacy
Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the integration evolves. Questions may be sent to apexaibot1@gmail.com.
