Privacy Policy

Effective: August 20, 2026 · Operator: APEX AI · Contact: apexaibot1@gmail.com

This policy explains how APEX AI's private OpenClaw Google Workspace integration accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.

1. Scope and authorized user

The integration is a private automation tool intended solely for apexaibot1@gmail.com. It is not available for public registration. By authorizing it, the account owner directs the integration to access Google services for private operational workflows.

2. Google data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, the integration may access:

3. How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide user-requested or user-configured automation, including finding and organizing information, preparing or sending communications, managing events, and creating or updating files and documents. Data is not used for advertising, user profiling, or training public machine-learning models.

4. Limited Use disclosure

The integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing and sale

APEX AI does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. Data is not disclosed to third parties except service providers required to operate the private integration, when directed by the account owner, or when legally required. Infrastructure providers process information only to deliver their contracted services.

6. Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored only in access-controlled systems used by APEX AI. Data may be retained as needed to complete requested workflows, maintain expected email and document records, troubleshoot the integration, or satisfy legal obligations. Temporary processing artifacts are removed when no longer needed. The account owner may request deletion using the contact address below.

7. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credential storage, and revocable OAuth authorization. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

8. User control and deletion

The account owner can revoke the integration at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove records already created in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets. Requests to inspect or delete locally retained data may be sent to apexaibot1@gmail.com.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the integration or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
